In today’s episode, Manjiri says to Abhimanyu that without conversation he can’t leave. She asks Abhimanyu why for Akshara’s child he is postponing his wedding with Arohi. Manjiri asks Abhimanyu he can be Abhir’s doctor but why he postponing his marriage. She asks Abhimanyu to discuss.
Abhimanyu says he has decided he isn’t taking wedding vows before Abhir’s surgery. Manjiri panics. She says Akshara is back again to ruin Abhimanyu’s happiness. Manjiri says she tried to take step forward with Akshara but latter backstab again. Anand asks Manjiri to calm down. He decides to talk with Abhimanyu. Mahima says Abhimanyu takes everything lightly even wedding.
Arohi think why Abhimanyu stopped Abhir from going to USA. She worries if Abhimanyu learned Abhir’s truth. Abhimanyu recall Akshara’s word. He decides to get back Abhir in his life. Abhinav worries thinking Abhimanyu might be going to thousands of emotions post learning Abhir’s truth. He feels Abhimanyu’s pain.

Akshara says to Abhinav that Abhir belongs to them and they can’t lose him to Abhimanyu. Abhinav says Abhimanyu might be in pain as he was clueless about his one child from 6 years. Akshara defends and says they can’t let go Abhir. Abhinav says if Abhir is their own than Abhimanyu too.
He asks Akshara to think Abhimanyu took a stand for Abhir when he was clueless his relationship with him but now when he know the truth will do anything for Abhir. He says she fear about the day and now they can only deal with it. Akshara worries for Abhir. Abhinav tries to talk with Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu ignores Abhinav’s call. Abhinav sends a voice message to Abhimanyu and urge him to talk. Abhimanyu think about Abhir. Akshara cries thinking about the upcoming. Muskaan talks with Kairav and says Abhir’s surgery will be in Udaipur is good but she fear if Abhimanyu will learn Abhir’s truth in the process. Kairav says he tried to separate Abhir and Abhimanyu.
Muskaan about to hurt her hand and Kairav interrupts. Muskaan think she can’t understand Kairav. Akshara, Abhinav takes Abhir to the hospital. Abhir gets excited to meet Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu gift Abhir neckchain similar to his. Abhir gets happy. He asks Abhimanyu by when he will get ready to go back to Kasauli.

Abhimanyu says to Abhir that he will be in Udaipur. Abhir says he had Kabir’s ball and he has to return. Abhimanyu says even Abhir is aware that one should return ones belonging. Akshara says Abhir if Kabir is unbothered than why he is worrying. Abhimanyu, Akshara indirectly argues. Abhinav tries to talk with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says to Abhinav there is nothing left to talk.
Ruhi cries and worries why Abhimanyu cancled his wedding with Arohi. Manjiri and Shefali calm down Ruhi. Manjiri asks Ruhi to call Abhimanyu and question him. Abhimanyu ignore the calls because of Abhir’s surgery. Arohi bumps into Akshara and asks her why she didn’t went to USA. Akshara avoids Arohi. Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to talk. Abhimanyu ignores Abhinav and pushes him back when latter force him to talk.
