Today’s episode starts with Akshara entering the hospital room and taking Abhir’s name. She cries seeing her son like that. She questions Abhimanyu how could he let this happen. Abhinav comes and says to an unconscious Abhir that his papa is here now everything will be fine. Akshara grabs Abhimanyu by collars and asks him you ask for you right on him.
She further says you couldn’t handle him from morning till evening. She says how ever we are but we haven’t let a single scratch on him. All you do is talk about your right. She says I want answers how did you let this happen. Anand comes and asks them to stop. He tells Abhi that the reports are arrived and its not good.
Anand says Abhir’s condition is critical and we have to do the surgery in 3 hours. He asks Abhimanyu to prep for the surgery. Abhinav says but the surgery was suppose to be next week. Anand says it needs to be done now only. Anand says we have to focus on Abhir and nothing else and goes to prep the OT.

Akshara panics and thinks Abhir is not ready, we are not ready, surgery now. Manjari looses her balance listening to this, Mahima and Aarohi hold her. Manish says the surgery needed so much preparation, how can this be done so soon. Kairav gets angry at Manjari. He questions her on Abhir’s situation.

Manish stops him. He further continues and says your lawyers questioned Abhinav’s financial situation that day. they asked if he can raise a child with less money. Kairav says that you people have money now go and buy Abhir’s life with it. He threatens that if anything happened to my nephew, I will ruin Dr. Abhimanyu Birla’s life. Manish stops him.
He says its time to think about Abhir not fight. Roohi calls Aarohi and says I want to meet Abhir. She asks if Abhir will be fine. Roohi says if I will be with him he will be fine. She asks if she can come. Aarohi says to Roohi that children are not allowed in the Hospital. She consoles her and says we are here to take care of him, you don’t worry.

Doctor Rohan tells them that Doctor Amit is out of town as the surgery was scheduled for next week. Everyone is tensed. Anand says we will call some other doctor. Nurse tells Anand that Abhir’s vitals are dropping. Akshara goes near Abhir and says mumma is here nothing will happen to you.

Abhinav cries outside the room and prays for his health. Aarohi says if any other surgeon can’t come , you have to do the surgery. Abhi says he is my son, how can I do it. Aarohi convinces him. Abhinav comes inside, and says that no doctor is coming, he asks Abhimanyu to save Abhir. He pleads him to save Abhir.
He says he is your son save him. Abhinav says if anything happened to Abhir he wouldn’t survive. He says I am nothing infront of you. He keeps pleading Abhimanyu to save Abhir. Abhimanyu says don’t worry, I won’t let anything happen to our son. Abhimanyu gets ready for the surgery.

Akshara watches him from afar. Akshara gives a card to Abhimanyu, which was made by Abhir, he get’s emotional. Abhimanyu is called into OT. He goes in for the surgery. Akshara sees everyone worried for Abhir. Abhimanyu remembers about his moments with Abhir and is not able to start.

Aarohi calls Abhimanyu’s name. Abhimanyu drops the scalpel. He imagines Abhir. Abhir says to save him. Aarohi asks ABhi if he isokay. Abhir’s vitals’ drop, she says we have to start now. Kairav brings football for Abhir and gives it to Akshara and says he will be happy to see it after the surgery.
Akshara tries to tie a ribbon on football. Manjari comes and helps her. They hug. Aarohi comes out of the surgery and sees them hug. Akshara has flash backs of when doctor told her that she lost her twins. Everyone asks Aarohi how is Abhir, she stands still, everyone asks her to tell them what is Abhir’s condition.

Abhimanyu comes outside the OT, Abhinav asks how is ABhir, Abhi looks at Akshara. Akshara cries and runs from there. Abhimanyu goes behind her and she hugs him.
