Today’s Faltu 21st May 2023 episode starts with Faltu getting to know about Shanaya’s love for cricket when Shanaya apologizes to Ruhaan while convincing him. Ruhaan’s care and love for Shanaya make Faltu think that he values relationships and wonders if he will surely understand her problem. Shanaya takes Faltu to meet Ruhaan while Faltu gets surprised when Ruhaan addresses her with her full name.
Ruhaan tells Faltu that he gets all the information when he makes a business deal. Soon after that, Faltu worriedly tells Ruhaan about Kanika selling off JM Mart to him and putting the Mittal family in misery. However, Ruhaan shocks Faltu with his details studies, mentioning about Janardan had taken a loan from Kanika and Ayaan was in jail, accused of theft.
Since Faltu tries to clear the air by saying that Ayaan is blamed for a fake allegation, Ruhaan asks her about Janardan’s loan. As Faltu fails to convince Ruhaan, Ruhaan tells Faltu that businesses do not run on emotions and require effort and mind to survive. Since Faltu puts her hand together to request Ruhaan not to change the name of JM Mart, Ruhaan firmly tells her that he is the owner now and she should better understand that.

Faltu gets confused when Ruhaan says that he knows that she plays cricket and that’s why, she should stay away from Shanaya. However, Ruhaan tells his lawyer to give his best to get Ayaan out of jail which makes Faltu surprised and happy. She thanks Ruhaan for the help but he leaves there by saying that this is a payoff, as Faltu saved Shanaya.
Faltu is about to leave after meeting with the lawyer when Shanaya gets a panic attack, and the lawyer runs to call Ruhaan. As Shanaya keeps calling her Mom and Dad, Faltu asks Dayima to get them. Dayima helplessly tells Faltu that Shanaya’s parents already passed away. Meanwhile, Ruhaan comes with the lawyer when Faltu plays a cricket commentary on her phone while recalling that Shanaya loves cricket and it works.
Shanaya calms down and starts watching cricket while Faltu gives her a glass of water. However, Dayima goes to Ruhaan and asks him if she can give medicine to Shanaya but Ruhaan says that it’s not needed now. Dayima doubts Faltu by saying that Faltu just met Shanaya and got frank with her immediately. Since the lawyer praises Faltu, Ruhaan keeps looking at excited Shanaya, who is busy talking with Faltu.

On the other hand, at Ayaan’s house, Sid is busy instructing the staff when Mayavati and Savita try to stop them. However, Sid tries to make Mayavati and Savita understand that things can be done according to them. Mayavati takes Savita inside while taunting that Sid is blindfolded and dancing to Kanika and Tanisha’s beats. Just then, Tanisha comes and asks Ayaan about Faltu while blaming her for the current situation.
On the other hand, at Ruhaan’s house, while chatting, Shanaya tells Faltu that she also used to play cricket. However, she injured her wrist in an accident and the doctor declared that she can’t play cricket anymore. After that, Shanaya suddenly throws the phone on the floor while shouting that if she can’t play cricket anymore, then she doesn’t even want to see the matches.
Faltu gets shocked by her reaction but she tells Shanaya that life is full of troubles and they have to find their ways to fight the troubles and live life happily. Shanaya hugs Faltu by saying that she likes her for her positive attitude toward life. Faltu tells Shanaya that she also plays cricket and then Shanaya remembers Faltu’s viral video. Shanaya requests Faltu to teach her some cricket shots. Meanwhile, at Mittal’s house, Siddharth gets shocked when he hears Kanika telling Tanisha to get rid of her marriage with Sid.
