In today’s episode, Abhinav says to Akshara it is not for Abhimanyu, he says it is for Abhir. Akshara says even if it is for Abhir she won’t take Abhimanyu’s help. She refuses to go to Udaipur. Abhinav asks Akshara to understand. Akshara says she can’t relive the taunts and bad memories at Udaipur. Abhinav says only Abhimanyu can help Abhir. Akshara says if they will go to Udaipur everything will get shattered. She adds Abhimanyu and Arohi are going to get married and she can’t turn the hurdle in their life. Abhinav tries to convince Akshara. Akshara says she don’t want Abhimanyu to ever learn Abhir is his son. Abhinav says Abhir can be Abhimanyu’s patient. Akshara says there are other best doctors they will approach anyone. She refuses to take Abhimanyu’s help. Abhinav says Abhimanyu can save Abhir. Akshara adds being Abhir’s mother she has a right to choose a doctor for him.
Abhir demand Neelima to get him junk food. Neelima refuses. Abhinav chat with Abhimanyu from Neelima’s mobile. Abhimanyu work with Arohi. He receives Abhir’s message and fail to recognise him because of Neelima’s number. Abhir troubles Abhimanyu nd talk about his six-packs. Arohi says to Abhimanyu that may be some intern fallen for him. Abhimanyu decide to call and check. Abhir’s mobile gets discharged. Arohi teases Abhimanyu.

Akshara and Abhinav meet Abhir’s doctor. They learn Dr. Vyas will perform Abhir’s surgery. Doctor asks Akshara and Abhinav to fulfil the formality. Akshara and Abhinav gets shocked learning surgery’s cost. They struggle to collect 20 Lakhs. Akshara decide to take Manish’s help. Abhinav stops Akshara from taking Goenkas help. Abhinav says to Akshara that if she can choose doctor for Abhir than he can manage the fee too. Akshara, Abhinav make calls for the money. All refuses to help Akshara, Abhinav. Akshara gets restless. Abhinav asks Akshara to keep patience. Abhir asks Abhinav, Akshara why they are awake. Akshara and Abhinav lie to Abhir. Abhir tells he is hungry. Akshara and Abhinav remember doctor asking to keep Abhir on 12 hours fasting. Abhir asks to give him food else he will not be able to sleep.
Akshara decide to put Abhir to the sleep. She sings lullaby for him. Abhir gets amazed and says he was clueless she is such a good singer. Abhinav asks Akshara not to worry as he will return by arranging money. Akshara tells to Abhir about his surgery. She boosts Abhir’s morale. Neelima cries for Abhir. She asks Akshara not to worry about anything. Akshara waits for Abhinav. Abhinav fail to get the money. Vyas refuse to perform the surgery because Akshara fail to arrange the money. Akshara pleads doctor.
