Today’s Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 1st April 2023 episode starts with Virat lying in his bed thinking while Sai and Patralekha do the same. The next morning, Patralekha wakes up Vinayak, telling him that he has school today. She tells Vinayak that she wants to do something for his Dr. Aunty so that she can feel that she is the part of this family. Vinayak gives an idea to Patralekha and they get on to work. After a while, Patralekha brings tiffin to both Vinayak and Savi and apologises to Savi for breaking her nameplate. After a while, Sai also comes there while Vinayak hugs her and gives her a card, telling her that she is the protector of this family and that is why he has made a thank you card for her.
Pakhi apologizes to Sai for everything and tells her that she has no problem with her living in the house and hopes that one day, she will forgive her. Meanwhile, Virat sees Pakhi holding Sai’s hand in apology. Later, Sai comes to her cabin thinking about Vinayak and wonders if she can ever take Vinayak away from Pakhi and if she, Savi and Vinayak ever be one family. Just then, Dr. Satya comes inside with his speaker and dances to the tunes of “Baar Baar Haan, Apni Jeet Ho Unki Haar Haan” accompanied by Dr Survasey and the nurses. Dr. Survesey tells her that he is very happy to have her back and decides to welcome her in Dr. Satya’s style.

Meanwhile, Dr Satya tells Sai to share her happiness by giving them all treat to which Sai agrees. Afterwards, Sai thanks Dr Satya for talking to Vinayak and convincing him in her favor. Dr Satya tells her that he has put her in great debt and how will she return it. However, Sai reminds him of the incident at the Dhaba and that she had dropped him home. Dr Satya’s face falls and he leaves Sai’s cabin feeling sad. On the other hand, Virat is having his fitness checkup at the police station where the doctor expresses his concern about his stress level.
He suggests to him some exercises and tells him that despite him being a star police officer, he is human and the stress of this level is not good for him. He also tells Virat that the only way to reduce this stress is to communicate, be it with a family member or friend. However, Virat thinks that the person to who he wants to talk does not want to listen to him and the person with whom he can talk, he feels no connection to her so what should he do?
On the other hand, Sai comes to Dr Satya’s office to find it empty and his phone left there. Just then, Dr Survesay comes there and tells Sai that Dr Satya has gone home as he was unwell which makes Sai wonder if she said something to make him so. She tells Dr Survesay that she should go and check up on him since he has done so much for her. Elsewhere, Virat comes home, intending to tell Patralekha about his decision to divorce her and free both of them. However, he gets surprised to see his room filled with apology notes.
