The episode starts with Gauri asking Satya what he is doing with Sai in the dhaba. She asks if they go on a date. Satya manages the situation and asks her to tell him why she called her. They hear parents shouting for help. Everyone gathers around the kid and sees white foam coming out of his mouth. Satya recalls how Girija died in the same way and falls unconscious. Later Sai drives the bike making Satya sit beside her. She mocks for becoming patient while treating patients. Satya asks her to not tease him.
The next day, Bhavani feeds sweet curd to Sai as good luck before she leaves for court. Sonali says Bhavani fed it to Virat when he was going for selections and after a long time, she was feeding Sai.
Pakhi takes Ashwini’s blessings and asks Ashwini to feed sweet curd to her. Ashwini refuses saying she will not support wrong. She asks her to rethink her decision. Pakhi says this is the last option left for me. Ninad, Omi, and other family members wish all the best to Sai. They say Virat is missing. Pakhi says he is missing from last night. Bhavani says he will come at the right time and you don’t need to worry. They are about to leave. Vinayak comes there and feeds sweet curd to Pakhi and wishes her all the best for her exam. Pakhi feels happy and thanks him. She says now no one can stop her success.

In the court, Judge asks if everyone present in the court who is related to the case. Lawyer says everyone is here except Virat. Judge asks if he knows about the court hearing or not. Virat comes there and apologises for his late arrival. The judge asks them to start the proceedings. Medical council member complains Bhavani tried to influence the bench and asks them to favor Sai and Dr. Pulkit. The lawyer asks her to tell what happened. Council member reveals how Bhavani proposed to grant land to her if she favors Sai and Pulkit. Virat asks Bhavani why she did it. Judge decides to declare a mistrial. Judge starts his verdict. Sai and Pulkit get tensed.
Virat apologises to the Judge from Bhavani’s side and reveals to Judge that Sai’s unaware of Bhavani’s act and please listen to Sai’s side story too and some people come here from konkoli so please hear their testimony and give the verdict. Konkoli people reveal how Sai helped them in several ways. The lawyer asks Virat what he wants to prove by bringing them. Virat says Sai is a good human being and she cares for her patients and she won’t do anything wrong to her patient so don’t declare it’s a mistrial and give one chance to Sai to prove her innocence. Satya also supports Sai and says he is taking her guarantee and requests Judge to give a chance to Sai. Judge says a medical council member is supporting Sai so the court is giving her one chance. Sai thanks the Judge.
