In today’s episode, Arohi sees Akshara’s name flashing on Abhimanyu’s mobile. She thinks why Abhimanyu’s number is with Akshara. Akshara waits for Abhimanyu’s response. Abhimanyu demand Arohi to hand over water bottle. Arohi stands stunned. Abhimanyu sees Akshara’s name.
He tells to Arohi that Abhir usually calls him from Akshara’s number. Arohi says to Abhimanyu that even she don’t have his number. She adds how Abhir got his emergency number. Arohi says to Abhimanyu that their wedding can be joke for him but for Ruhi and her it is their whole world.
Abhimanyu says even he is committed to the wedding and last time when he met Akshara he told him. Arohi asks Abhimanyu to put the mobile on speaker so that she can also know what Abhir has to talk with him.

Abhimanyu puts Akshara’s mobile on speaker. Akshara asks Abhimanyu why he isn’t receiving his emergency number. She says 6 years ago, he didn’t receive her call. Abhimanyu gets shocked. Akshara corrects herself and tells to Abhimanyu that today a mother called him.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara if Abhir is fine. Akshara tells to Abhimanyu that Abhir is not well and his heart has a whole. She says to Abhimanyu that her son needs him. Abhimanyu stands stunned. Arohi says to Abhimanyu that they should leave immediately. Akshara tells to Goenkas and Abhinav that Abhimanyu is coming.
Abhinav says now nothing will happen to Abhir. Akshara and Abhinav decide to take Abhir to the hospital. Abhimanyu think he should not have taken Abhir’s issue lightly post her told him. Arohi apologize to Abhimanyu for getting insecured. Abhimanyu aks Rohan to do all the arrangements. Rohan says everything is settled and Akshara bringing Abhir soon.

Manish talk with Abhinav. He asks him to come and share a talk whenever he needs him. Abhinav asks Manish to keep showering his blessing on him. Mainsh assures Abhinav. Suhasini, Swarna and Surekha wishes Akshara, Abhinav. They pray for Abhir’s health. Akshara dreams Abhimanyu confronting her for hiding about Abhir from him.
Back to reality; Akshara asks God to not break her truth by bringing out Abhir’s truth. Rohan says to Akshara that they need to shift Abhir to OT. He asks Akshara to relax as Abhir is in safe hands. Abhir about to fall. Abhimanyu, Abhinav both run to save Abhir. Abhir calls out father. Akshara and Abhinav folds hand and demand Abhimanyu to take care of Abhir.
Abhimanyu takes Abhir to OT. Abhir asks Abhimanyu if he is dreaming or he is real. Abhimanyu says both are real. He encourages Abhir to fight. Arohi hugs Akshara. Goenkas worry for Abhir. Abhir asks Abhimanyu what has happened to him. [Episode Ends]
