In today’s episode, Akshara asks the doctor to wait for a second. She walks up to Abhinav. Akshara holds Abhinav’s collar. She asks him if they knew they can’t afford the bill of the big hospital and why he got him here. Akshara says Abhir didn’t cry till coming to the hospital but when they will return without his surgery he will cry at their helplessness. She says for a lower-middle-class family it is difficult to arrange large amounts.
Akshara says Manish can help them but he refused to take his help. She says to Abhinav that his child will die because of his stubbornness. Akshara gets shocked seeing Abhinav pay the bill. She folds her hand. Abhinav pleads doctor to do Abhir’s surgery. The doctor asks the Nurse to get Abhir ready for the surgery. Akshara and Abhinav cry seeing Abhir going for the surgery. Akshara prays to God for Abhir.
Abhimanyu learns from Abhir’s message about his stomach surgery. He gets restless. Shefali asks Abhimanyu why he is restless. Abhimanyu tells the symptoms. Shefali says he is going through his parents’ intuition. Abhimanyu worries for Ruhi. Ruhi asks Abhimanyu why he is shouting like Arohi.

Abhimanyu asks Ruhi if she is fine. Ruhi tells Abhimanyu that she is fine. Ruhi hugs Abhimanyu. Akshara apologizes to Abhinav. She says out of stress she vented out at him. Abhinav says to Akshara that 6 years ago he promised her that he will not let anything happen to Abhir. Akshara asks Abhinav not to say Abhir is only her child.
She says he has more rights over Abhir than her. Akshara says Abhir can’t live without him. Abhinav says to Akshara that he understands in anger people vent out. Akshara asks Abhinav how he earned the money. Abhinav sits with mum. Neelima comes and confronts Abhinav if everyone is saying right? Akshara asks Neelima what is the matter.
Neelima tells Akshara that Abhinav sold his cars in half amount. Akshara asks Abhinav how he can sell cars when he struggled to purchase them. Abhinav says Abhir is the biggest earning of his life. Manjiri tells Abhimanyu and Arohi that they are going to a holiday resort to relax and plan for the future. Ruhi gets excited to go. Abhimanyu unwillingly decides to go on a break.
Akshara Gets Anxious
The doctor informs Abhinav and Akshara that the surgery is successful but they need to get Abhir’s second surgery done. He recommends Akshara and Abhinav go to Abhimanyu as he is best for such surgeries. Akshara stands shocked.
Abhinav says to Akshara that she can’t go away from the truth. He manages to convince Akshara to go to Udaipur who fears Abhimanyu will snatch Abhir from them. Abhinav informs Kairav about Abhir’s heart issue. Manish and Swarna break down learning about Abhir. Abhinav decides to go to Udaipur. He asks Akshara to decide what she wants. Akshara decides to take Abhir to Udaipur.
