In today’s episode, Abhimanyu remembers Akshara’s outburst. He cries recalling his moment with Abhir. Abhimanyu think Abhir trust him that he will not let anything happen to him. He worries if anything would have happened to his Abhir. Abhimanyu think it is not normal he calls Abhir like his own son.
He compares Ruhi and Abhir and sit stunned. Arohi tells to Abhinav that Abhir is fine but he should think about taking Abhir to the USA for the better treatment. She tries to manipulate Abhinav to take Abhir away. Akshara overhears Abhinav and Arohi’s conversation.
Abhinav remembers flashback with Arohi. Arohi tries to convince Abhinav that at USA Abhir will get a better treatment. She says Birla hospital will take care of the expenses. Abhinav asks Arohi if at USA Abhir will get better treatment. He shows trust on Abhimanyu. Arohi convinces Abhinav that doctors and lawyer don’t take the case of their near ones because they turn emotional.

Back to reality; Akshara wonder why Arohi wants her to leave. She thinks Arohi is disturbed over something. Arohi receive Abhimanyu’s message. Abhimanyu enquires Arohi about Abhir. Arohi think she wants Akshara and Abhinav to go to USA. She thinks her decision is right. Kairav cheers up Akshara.
He asks Akshara what is bothering her. Akshara shares with Kairav that Arohi wants her to go to USA for Abhir’s treatment. Kairav think why Arohi will suggest. He doubt if Arohi knows Abhir’s truth too. Akshara share with Kairav that Abhinav is worrying as Abhir’s tests didn’t happened. She thinks if her decision to choose Abhimanyu and Birla hospital is right or not.
Kairav convinces Akshara to go to USA for Abhir’s better treatment. Abhimanyu worry about Abhir. Rohan informs Abhimanyu that Akshara visited the hospital. Abhinav asks Akshara why she got Abhir’s report. Akshara tells to Abhinav that they should go to USA for Abhir’s treatment.

Abhinav says Abhimanyu is best for Abhir. Akshara argues with Abhinav over taking Abhir to USA. Abhimanyu interrupts Akshara and Abhinav. He says to Akshara that without his permission she can’t take Abhir. Akshara says to Abhimanyu that she has decided to take Abhir to US and she will not change the decision.
Abhimanyu tries to convince Akshara not to take Abhir. Akshara gets adamant to leave. She thanks Abhimanyu for doing so far for Abhir. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to thank him post Abhir recovers. He asks Abhinav and Goenkas to confront Akshara. Manish asks Akshara about her decision to take Abhir to US. Abhimanyu gets confused over his feeling for Abhir.
He says he don’t have a right on Abhir and feel differently for him. Abhimanyu wish to meet Abhir. Abhir meet Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu and Abhir hug each other.
