The episode strts with Akshara and Abhimanyu arguing. Abhimanyu says I want ny son and I will take him. I don’t care if someone gets hurt in the process. Akshara says so what will you do take a child away from his mother, you will take him away from Abhinav. She further says Abhi can not sleep without Abhinav would you just tear them apart. You would take our son from us and keep him? Abhimanyu says you are wrong Mrs. Sharma.
He further says I am not snatching anyone. He is my son and he’s being taken away from me.I just want him back. Akshara replies No matter how you say it, the truth still prevails. Abhi says No Mrs. Sharma It isn’t the same, You know and If you don’t I really don’t care. Akshara says I know that well that you don’t care.
You don’t care for people’s emotions, feelings or happiness. Abhi says you sent a retraining order to keep a father away from his son and now you are talking about emotions. Akshara says that’s why I came, but you do not listen and make major issues. Abhi says, It is a big issue, its about my son. A legal matter.

He further says if I don’t take action today who know, people will start saying that I never needed my son. And on the top, I don’t want to say anything. You took a legal action and now so will I. I also need my son and I will fight for his custody.
Akshara says fine! You do not wish to listen to me. Then I have nothing to say either. You want to fight, come and fight. She further says but remember one thing. When a mother gets determined, she can tackle the whole world. Abhimanyu says so be it, but you also remember, when a father gets determined, he can shake the entire world.
Now a mother will face a father. Abhimanyu says you have faith in you Kanha Ji. Akshara says and you in you Mahadev. They both says see you in court and turn on their ways. Here at Goenka house, everyone is tensed for Akshu. Manish tried to call someone, akshara comes and takes his phone.

She says there is no point now. Abhinav asks what did manjari aunty say. Alshara says I couldn’t reach her. Manish asks what did Abhimanyu say. She says Abhimanyu said that he will see me in court. Everyone is stunned. Akshara further says Abhimanyu will go to court for Abhir’s Custody.
Kairav says I knew this, Bade papa I told you we should not bow down to them. Manish says its all because of you, none of this would have happened if you had not sent that order. Everyone says to Manosh to talk to Abhimanyu about this. Manish says and say what, how would I face him. My own family is at fault.
He futher says that Kairav made a mess and Akshara had troubled everyone for six years. She hid such a big secret. Kairav says stop it bde papa stop blaming Akshara. Abhimanyu is the root cause of all these problems. Manish tells them both were at fault, it takes two to tango. They both are wrong.

Manish further says don’t justify what she did. I am just worried, Abhir doesn’t get hurled up in these two’ messes. Kairav says if he wants to fight, we will fight. Surekha says this is wrong, this shouldn’t have happened. You know Abhimanyu can do anything when he looses his cool. Everyone seems tensed.
Scene shifts to Birla house, Abhimanyu seems angry and looks at the restraining order. Aarohi comes and tells him that this is not the only order in you life. She further says since Abhir has come in your life, neither I and Roohi can come close to you nor you are interested in us anymore. Now Abhir is you everything, right?
Abhi says its not like that, Aarohi says then how it is, since Abhir has arrived you ignore us even when you are with us. She shows concern how Abhir is more important to everyone now like she and Roohi don’t matter anymore. Abhimanyu tries to make her understand.

She tells him you have always done this, you didn’t even think once to aks before deciding you want Abhir’s Custody. You didn’t think of me its fine but you didn’t even think about Roohi. She banters how Abhi made Roohi think for years that she is the most important part of his life. And now all of a sudden you are going away. And you want her to understand that. The truth is since you got your son now you don’t care about Roohi anymore.
Abhi says she is my daughter. I will not break the promise I made to my brother because of Abhir. Aarohi says Roohi will never be able to accept Abhir. Abhimanyu says why not, don’t people have siblings, don’t they grow together. She replies, she says they do but both the kids are their own. Abhi says you think I will discriminate? Aarohi says you already have started.
She further tries to make him understand that Roohi’s happiness is everything to her and she will not be able to take anyone hurting her at any cost. Scene shifts to Goenka house, Akshara says I tried a lot that this thing doesn’t go to court but Abhimanyu didn’t listen as usual and has set up a lawyer conference tomorrow. So we have no choice then to fight. She says this is why I studied Law, for this day.

She says even though I am not ready as a lawyer but I will fight as a mother. She is determined to fight. Scene shifts to Birla House, Roohi is ready for school, its parent teacher meet. Aarohi comes and says Popi will not be able to go due to a meeting so I will come to the parents teacher meet. Roohi says no Popi will go Aarohi says no there is more important things in his life.
Roohi asks Abhimanyu to come he says I will come for sure. As they are leaving for school Manjari comes, Abhimanyu says please handle the case today, I am going to the parents teacher meeting. At Goenka house, everyone prepares Abhinav and Akshara for the conference. Abhir asks where are you going, Akshara gives an excuse that she has a test.
Everyone reaches at the conference. Everyone seems tensed. Lawyers come inside arguing that the father can’t claim after so many years, the other says why not my client is Biological father of the child. They greet both the parties. The lawyers discussion starts, from Akshara’s side they say, our point is all of a sudden, after 6 years your client is claiming on the child.
The Birla’s lawyer says cause they didn’t know about the child until now, the truth was hidden from our clients. The other says these are just allegations where is the proof. Birla’s lawyer says we will bring the proof. And how should we believe that she is capable of raising the child and that too a mother who put her son in the hands of a stranger, who himself is an orphan.
