Tale of Naga!

This story takes us hundreds of years ago in the woods of a village in Shahbad town in Haryana (India). A pair of shapeshifter serpent lived happily away from any human eyes in the field and doesn’t bother anyone. They both loved each other at the most, they both can feel each other even from the miles.

One day a religious fair dedicated to Lord Shiva organized in the surrounding areas of the town. Many magicians, acrobats, jugglers, etc come to attain the fair. The male shapeshifter thinks to visit the fair. He visited the fair as a human and started roaming there freely. There was also a tantric magician in the fair. This tantric was from Bengal which was known for huge witchcraft and other hoodoo kinds of stuff at that time.

The people from Bengal referred to as Bengalis. That Bengali tantric was proficient in folk magic also in voodoo practices. That’s why he felt doubts about the guy in first seeing who was a shapeshifter. Tantric keeping his eye on the guy and started to follow him secretly. He was about to sure that the guy is not a human being. In a short time frame, the guy also feels the activities of tantric and begun to move from fair. Tantric followed him and started a chanting spell to summon the guy who was a shapeshifter serpent. Tantric wants to catch him to use its power somehow. Finally, tantric succeed in summoning the serpent and held him captive.

Further in the scene, Tantric went back to his state (Bengal). He imprisoned the serpent in the cane trinket box under the ground in his secret room at his home. On the other side in next morning, the female shapeshifter serpent was so upset & helpless. She already felt that her lover is far away in big danger. She can’t help him because he was in Bengal, the city of Voodoo and under the captivity of powerful tantric.

She was crying in the field when a farmer saw her. He was a good muscular man with a nice heart. He comes to her, asked about herself and the reason behind her sadness.  She was in so much pain of separation. She tells him everything that she and her partner live in the forest touched with his fields for many decades and they are not human beings and the rest of the story.

The farmer was touched by her pain and offering help somehow.

She couldn’t believe the moment but deep-down a hope enlightens in her. Then, she defines a description of tantric and tells his name through her powers. Those creatures are able to feel their partners’ situation from distance.  The female shapeshifter serpent was able to feel the surroundings and the people near her partner. She gave some guidance to the farmer and makes him ready to play the role of savior. Though he was just an average human being but he was courageous.

Finally, the day comes when he was ready to go. The female shapeshifter gave him all instructions and aware of all possibilities that can happen. After a long journey, the farmer has arrived in Bengal. He found the tantric after a little effort because the tantric was popular among the voodoo community. The farmer found a way to make his place as a servant in tantric’s home. He initially used to cleaning his home and after some years tantric involving him as a helper in his voodoo activities. Now tantric has trust in his servant who was originally a farmer came for a specific reason.

One day farmer managed to know the place of serpent’s captivity which was two feet deep under the ground in tantric’s secret room. No one allowed in that secret room except the tantric. He used to do his VooDoo practices and keeps his VooDoo stuff in that room.

After 14 years, finally, the farmer gets a chance to play his role for which he came across miles. Tantric and his all family go to attend a marriage function of his close relative in some nearby location. The farmer was alone on the house and a voice whispers in his ear. It was a snake under captivity which is trying to convey the message to his savior that it is the moment of his final call.

In the next moment, Farmer was breaking a lock of the secret room. He started digging from where the whisper comes out. After minutes of digging, he finally found that cane trinket box and pulls it out from the ground.

Relocating the cane box let tantric know that the box not in its place under the ground because tantric bound the snake in specific borderline through spells. The farmer picks the box and runs fast. On the other side tantric already felt odd and headed to his home on his horse. He was arrived so fast and enters in his secret room.

He finds out all from his powers and starting chanting a spell with some voodoo kinds of stuff for summoning the serpent to come back to him. On the other side the farmer running carrying serpent in a trinket box. Serpent whispers to the farmer and asked him to throw away the box as far as he can to move out the serpent from its summoned place. Finally, he did it and the serpent is free now and it takes a form of a beautiful horse. It was a sign for the farmer to come fast and take a ride home.

They finally come to their land. It’s been 14 years since they left. During the absence of a farmer, the female shapeshifter took shape of the farmer. She manages his all work in fields and took care of his family & cattle. His family had no even an idea that the farmer was not here for 14 years. He was a courageous man who gave his 14 years to fulfill his promise to the female shapeshifter. The serpent couple gives him lots of precious blessings as his reward which supposed to apply till the last inheritor of framer.
