The episode starts with Satya telling Sai that no one can forget their first love while Sai cries in pain, asking him why it is so difficult to forget anyone. She tells him that despite taking the right decision she is feeling so much pain and she does not know how will Virat live with so much pain in life.
Meanwhile, Satya tells Sai that he is not as brave as she and nor does he has the experience to advise her but he can tell her that if someone goes away from their life, then they can live on with their memories. Meanwhile, Virat wakes up from his sleep and finds Patralekha sitting in his room.
Patralekha asks him how is he feeling being in her place. She reminds him that she also felt the same when she had seen him filling Sai’s hairline just as he had seen Satya filling Sai’s hairline. Meanwhile, Virat asks her if she is mocking him while Patralekha asks him how it feels when the person you love wholeheartedly loves someone else with equal dedication.
Satya and Sai’s Marriage
However, Virat tells Patralekha that as he has said before, he never loved her but only loved Sai so she should leave him alone as he is already very disturbed. Later, Patralekha comes to her room and signs the divorce papers and tells Virat that she has finally understood that she has no place in his heart and this means that there is no place in this house for her.
The next morning, Sai roams around the house wishing everyone good morning while Maddy and Gauri tease her for waking up so soon after her wedding night. Later, Amba sees Sai and calls Satya asking him why is his bride not wearing green bangles which is a sign of a newlywed bride.
Sai apologizes to her for forgetting it while Amba tells Maddy to bring her bangles for Sai. As Maddy brings the bangles, Amba asks Satya to put on the bangles on Sai which confuses Satya and Sai. However, seeing no choice, he has to comply and asks Amba if they are done for the day but Amba brings the Gajra and asks him to put the Gajra on her hair and make it a habit to put it on every morning.

Satya takes the Gajra and tells them that it is their private moment and he will put it on Sai in the privacy of his room. Later, Satya apologizes to Sai and assures her that next time, he will be better prepared. Afterwards, he shows Sai Savi’s room and asks her if she will like the decoration and Savi feels happy and thanks Satya for the effort.
Just then, Gauri brings Sai’s phone and Usha tells her that she is bringing Savi to her. However, Sai tells her to bring her to a park nearby as she has to talk to Savi before bringing her to this house. Later, Sai comes to Savi and tells her that from now on, they will be living with Dr Satya in his house as she has married him. Savi looks disappointed and asks Sai if Dr Satya will become his father now.
