Today’s Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 1st May 2023 episode starts with Satya telling Sai that they will have to maintain the pretences of being married. He also tells her that her decision to leave Virat behind is absolutely right as it has saved many lives and she should also move on in her life. Afterwards, Satya offers his hand to help Sai out and Sai comes out after thinking for a while.
On the other hand, Bhavani tries to call Virat who is not answering his calls. Meanwhile, others are also worried about Virat and pray for his safety. After a while, Virat arrives home with a Pandit who complains to him about bringing him to his house.
On being asked, Virat tells Bhavani in a drunken state that all his hopes are shattered with Sai’s marriage and that is why he has brought the Pandit to perform Sai’s Shrad. He tells Ashwini to get happy as he will never go after Sai as Sai is dead.
Satya and Sai’s Marriage
Making Pandit Ji sit on the floor, he announces that from today no one will take Sai’s name in the house. Remembering that Pandit will need a photo, Virat tries to climb the stairs to get her picture while Ninad tells him to stop making a spectacle of himself and think about Vinayak and how he will feel seeing him like this.
However, Virat tells them that Vinayak should also know that his angel is no more and will never come back. Just then Virat’s foot slipped and he falls off the stairs and hurts his head. On the other hand, Satya’s Aaji performs the welcoming ritual for Sai and Satya while Sai recalls her grah Pravesh with Virat.
Just then Savi’s constant calls force Sai to pick up the phone before entering the house. Amba disapproves of Sai taking her call while Satya takes Sai’s side and tells her that doctors are always on their phones. Meanwhile, Savi asks Sai why has she not come home yet while Sai tells her that she will not be able to come home today but will bring a surprise for him the next day.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein Written Update 1st May 2023
After a while, Sai returns to perform the remaining of Grah Pravesh rituals and mistakenly calls Satya Virat which angers Amba and she tells her not to take her ex-husband’s name in this house ever again. Elsewhere, Virat is out of control with grief thinking about Sai’s marriage while Sonali sends Karishma to Vinayak’s room to keep him there.
Meanwhile, Ashwini blames Bhavani for Virat’s condition while Virat tells everyone to leave him alone and goes to his room. After a while, Patralekha comes there while Virat thinks of her as Sai and pushes him out of the room telling her that he hates her. Elsewhere, Maddy and Gauri lock Satya and Sai in their bridal room while Satya apologises to Sai for his family’s enthusiasm.
He assures her there is nothing to worry and tells her to consider it a perfectly professional arrangement. Satya introduces Sai to Girija and tells her that Maddy and Gauri have removed Girija’s photo from the room thinking he has moved on in his life. He tells Sai that he cannot let Girija out of his life as he can never forget his first love. Meanwhile, Sai cries thinking about Virat and asks Satya why is it so difficult to forget anyone.
