Today’s episode starts with Satya saying I am going to make a deeper incision to take the rocket out. He tells Sai to be careful. Virat tells them to be careful and says I will take the rocket to a safe place with bomb squad. He tells Satya as soon as it comes out, start the surgery. He says nothing will happen. They get ready.
Senior doctor comes in and says we will have to leave the place the operation can not take place here. Satya says but Sai and Commissioner sir’s life is in danger, we will have to operate soon. Doctor says if the bomb exploded here, not only Sai and the hospital but the nearby places will also be effected by the blast.

They ask what does he mean, he tells them the main tank that supplies oxygen into the hospital is below the OT. It is connected to other places nearby and will effect the nearby area. He says we will take him to different OT. Sai asks what if it blasts. Satya says Sai is right we have to do the operation here only.

Vinu and Savi talk about Virat and Sai. Savi says they will return. Here Satya thinks why am I so nervous. He sees himself infront of him.
His inner voice says its because this time Sai is with you. He asks so what. His inner voice tells him that its happens when you love the other person and you are scared of losing Sai. Satya says so do I love Sai. His inner voice tells him to says everything to Sai. He contemplates whether he should say this to Sai right now?

Satya get’s nervous, Sai asks him what is going on. He tells her he has to tell her something. Virat interrupts. Sai agrees and asks him to say it later. He starts the surgery. Sai remembers her good times. Satya puts his hand on her hand. He says now you can remove the rocket. She removes it carefully and gives it to Virat.

She says to Virat that our kids are waiting for us. Satya says I wanted to tell you that, Sai stops him and says can we talk later. Virat and bomb squad takes the rocket to safer place. The rocket blasts. Sai takes his name and goes to find him lying on the ground. She tries to wake him up. She cries. Satya watches from a far.
Virat is taken inside the hospital. Satya asks Sai you love Virat a lot right? Sai asks why are you asking this. He tells her how she was worried for him on the ground. And it only happens when the person is in love. That is why I asked whether you love him. She says I don’t know. She says I care for him cause he is my children’s father. And I don’t know what will my children do if anything happened to him.
She then asks him what he wanted to say. Satya thinks about telling her. Virat wakes up and says I love you Sai. Satya says what a man, he’s expressing his love in this condition as well. How much he must love your. Virat is half conscious and says I hate you sai, you cheated me.

Virat is Injured
Sai says he hates me more than he loves me. Satya gives what to Sai. Satya says is there any news about Pakhi. He further says I think she will not come back. Sai says I thinks the same. He asks her does she think of going back, cause I thought since pakhi is not here you will. Sai asks him does he wants her to go.
Satya says why would I don’t you know how much I like you, he says I mean I now have a patner, I will never want you to go not now not ever. He says let’s leave this. Sai says I just want to take care of my kids. She says I don’t want to hurt anyone. Vinu calls Sai takes the call Vinu asks to her about Virat.
She tells him everything is fine here. He asks if he is orphan again. Sai stops him and tells him everything is fine. Bhawani comes and asks her to being Virat to the line. Sai tells her that he is fine but can’t talk right now. Episode ends.
