Today’s Episode starts with Sai serving food to her colleagues. Satya says will you only serve everyone else or eat yourself too. He asks her to sit. He serves her food.
Satya calls Savi and the other kids to eat. Satya feeds Savi with his hand. Sai’s colleagues say how lucky Sai is that she got a husband like Satya sir. Amba thinks Sai did get a good husband but what sort of wife did my son get? She looks at the three eating food. The scene shifts and Virat thinks about Sai and has tears in his eyes. ” Jane wo kaise log the Jinke pyar ko pyar mila ” song plays in the background. On the other hand, Sai is also thinking about something.
Satya looks at Sai, and the song continues. And Virat has flashbacks about the party and he drinks. Sai thinks about VInu asking her to be his adoptive mumma and gets happy. Satya is happy seeing her happy. In the morning, Sai feeds Savi. Vinu calls Sai, He says Good Morning Aai which makes Sai emotional. She tells him to say it again. Ambala says please come home early today we have to go shopping, Satya asks why? Amba tells it’s Vat Savitri pooja tomorrow and we will be celebrating it for the first time. He comes and says it doesn’t matter anymore. Sai is with Satya and now Pakhi is gone too. Savi is also with Sai and now Vinu has also adopted Sai as mother. Now even if I die, It doesn’t matter.
Bhawani says don’t say such things. Here, Amba says to come home early without forgetting. Sai asks Siys how it all happened. Siya says Papa, Mumma and I were going in a car and suddenly there was an attack. Papa went out of the car and told me to crouch inside. I couldn’t see anything but heard there were firing sounds. When I looked, Papa was on the road and Mumma was crying. There was a lot of blood on his chest. So I kept my hand there and the bleeding was stopped. So I didn’t move my hand since then.
Sai praised Siya and says don’t worry we are here. They tell her that surgery is needed. Outside the OT, Virat comes and asks the nurse about Commisioner’s wife. She says she is in shock. Virat brings her out of shock. She tells him they were attacked. Virat asks him to explain to him in detail what happened. She tells everything to Virat, Virat asks are you sure it was a rocket. She says yes.
He asks did you see any explosion? She says no. Virat says it means the rocket is still here. He turns his head towards the Operation theatre. Sai asks Siya to move her hand slowly. Virat stops her. Sai tells him to leave. He says don’t move your hand. Don’t do anything. Satya asks him to leave as well. He tells him to let them do their jobs, and Virat says let me do mine.
He asks Sai if they took an x-ray. They say it’s an open wound we don’t have time. Siya asks what is wrong. Virat tells her not to move. He asks her what can you feel below her hand, she says it’s sort of metal. He asks everyone to come out.
Attack on Commissioner
Sai says we can’t leave the patient. He gets angry and says do as I say. Please come out it’s important. She tells Siya not to worry. They come out and ask about the matter, and Virat tells them about the rocket. Satya says it means, Virat says yes, the rocket is still inside his chest but hasn’t exploded. But if his daughter moves her it can.
The doctor says but there are so many people in the hospital it can be dangerous, Virat says we’ll not let anything happen. He says we’ll have to evacuate the hospital first, without telling anyone about it. Virat asks them to do an x-ray on Commissioner. He says but keep in mind that Siya should not move her hand from his chest even for a second.

Preacap: Virat calls Kadam and tells him to keep the team on stand by, He also asks him to alert the hospitals nearby, in case of shifting the patients. Sai looks at Comissioner while performing the procedure. Virat calls Sanjay and says there is an emergency, I am sending you a location, reach soon, a live rocket needs to be defused. A man is shown walking into the hospital. Someone opens the Operation Theatre door and everyone is shocked.
