Today’s Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 10th May 2023 episode starts with Virat telling Vinayak that he wants to celebrate his birthday with pomp. Meanwhile, Ashwini and Ninad come there and tells him that he should not punish them for his father. Omi and Sonali also come and tell Vinayak that all his friends including Savi will be coming and there will be a big cake and balloons.
Harini, Mohit and Karishma also insist him to say yes. However, Vinayak tells them that he will only cut the cake if Patralekha will attend the party. Ashwini becomes worried about making such a promise while Virat promises to have Patralekha for his birthday which makes Vinayak happy. After a while, Savi and Sai call Vinayak to wish him a happy birthday.

And tell him that they would have thrown him a party if he would have been well. Meanwhile, Vinayak tells Sai that there is a party at home to which Patralekha will also be coming. Later, Inspector Kadam calls Virat, telling him that they are screening Vinayak’s calls.

And Virat tells them that Patralekha will definitely call him to wish happy birthday. On hearing that, Sai gets curious and wonders if Virat has found out about Patralekha. Later, Sai calls Karishma to ask her about Patralekha while Karishma tells her that Virat has promised Vinayak that he will bring Patralekha to the party.
However, Harini worries that if he fails, then it will be very difficult to console Vinayak. Meanwhile, Sai also worries about Virat rendering such a promise for Vinayak. The next morning, Satya comes home with a lot of vegetables while Amba asks him why he has brought so much. Satya tells them about his colleagues coming for dinner to celebrate their wedding so they will have a party tonight.
Amba also taunts Sai telling Satya that no one could eat on the day of the wedding because of Virat’s drama but today, she will fulfil her heart’s desire with a celebratory dinner. However, Sai tells them that it will not be possible tonight as she has to go to Chavan’s house for Vinayak’s birthday.

Amba gets angry and shows her that day’s newspaper where Bhavani has posted a notice stating that Sai Adhikari has no relationship with the Chavan family. In the news it is also written that any news given by her about the Chavan family will not be true and she will be liable for that.

Afterwards, Amba asks her if she still wants to go there. Sai is angry at Bhavani but tells Amba that she cannot miss Vinayak’s birthday as it is his first birthday with her and Savi and she cannot miss it because of the tension between adults. Tears run down Sai’s eyes recalling all the birthdays she has missed in the past while Satya walks inside after hearing Sai’s decision.
Amba gets angry and blames Sai for spoiling Satya’s excitement about treating his colleagues. Later, Sai comes to Satya asking him if he does not agree with her decision while Satya tells her that it is not the case. On hearing that Sai will come back after the cake-cutting, Satya tells her that she should decide whatever she deems best but not make any promises that she cannot keep because it will hurt his family.
Later, Ashwini calls Virat asking about Patralekha while Virat assures her that Patralekha will not miss Vinayak’s birthday. At the same time, Virat and Sai respectively get a call from City Hospital to come and identify a dead body which drenches them in a cold sweat thinking the worst. However, they are relieved to see that the body does not belong to Patralekha.
