Today’s episode starts with Anupama saying that she heard Maaya’s wish at the end and decided to come back to Anu. Anupama says that she noticed several calls and messages from Anu’s ashram immediately after she got off the plane and rushed there without having a second thought. The fact that Anu was there in Mumbai from where Anupama was taking off for America is itself a miracle and a sign from God that Anupama was needed by Anu’s side.
Anupama goes to Maaya’s picture. She says that she has kept her promise to Maaya about taking care of their daughter in her absence. Turning around, Anupama tells Anuj that the time he was asking her who she is talking to, she was actually seeing Maaya and praying peace for her soul. A flashback shows Anupama seeing Maaya standing in the middle of the curtains, standing there with Anu’s picture and smiling at Anupama.
Anupama says that in the past she could not leave because she was going to become Pakhi’s mother. And this time, she could not leave because she is already Anu’s mother. Coming to Malti Devi, Anupama says that while thinking about her daughter. She has hurt her Guru to a great extent for which she will accept any punishment given to her by her Guru Maa.

Anupamaa Written Update 19th July 2023
Anupama joins her hands in front of Malti Devi with the entire family joining Anupama and joining their hands. But Malti Devi does not melt from that. Malti Devi says that a Guru’s curse is much more effective than their blessings. She has decided to ensure Anupama meets her doom and gets destroyed completely. Malti Devi says that because of Anupama, she has been destroyed completely. She says for this she will ensure to make Anupama suffer.
After saying that she planned to die peacefully after giving the Gurukul to Anupama, Malti Devi gives her final warning and walks out of the house. Later, Anupama sits beside Anu while she sleeps when Anuj comes and gives her an ice bag to put on her cheek. But Anupama says that emotional baggage does not go away from that. Anuj tells Anupama that being angry is Malti Devi’s right as the Guru.

However, it is Anupama’s right to keep apologizing as the student until her Guru forgives Anupama. At the same time, Nakul asks Malti Devi not to worry as he has talked to all the sponsors and minimized the loss. But Malti Devi says that the matter is not about the loss but the betrayal of trust. Malti Devi says Anupama’s biggest weakness is being a mother and she will hit there intentionally to make Anupama go through hell.
The Shahs reach home and discuss Anupama’s return which was not the correct decision according to Vanraj. Vanraj says that Malti Devi’s actions will have a direct impact on them as they are all somehow connected to Anupama. The next day, Anupama starts off a new day and prays to the sun god to look over her family and help Guru Maa to get peace.
Anupama tells Maaya that she must be happy to see how excited Anu is about getting back her mother which makes Anupama happy that she chose to come back to her daughter. Anuj talks to Ankush about Anupama and says that it is a matter of time before Malti Devi does something against them and he is ready to fight her.
