Today’s episode starts with Akshara clipping the plants when she imagines Abheer in another child. She tells him that he should have waited for Abhinav. Meanwhile, the child tells her that he is not Abheer but Kabeer but Akshara takes it as a joke. And takes him inside while neighbors observe Akshara taking another neighbor’s child with her.
Elsewhere, Manish refuses to eat while Muskaan tells him that he should stop blaming himself. She says he is the only one with the courage to send Akshara and Abhinav to Kasauli. Where she can find reprieve from the suffering and Abhimanyu also gets the chance to bond with Abheer. Just then Abhimanyu comes there asking to talk to Akshara and Abhinav. He tells them that they are not picking up the phone.
On being asked what else is left to say, Abhimanyu tells them that he wants Akshara to come back to her son as he does not want to keep them apart. Meanwhile, Swarna tells him that Akshara’s life is dependent on his conditions. And that is why they have left Abheer with him so he should at least have the courtesy to leave them alone and grieve.

Surekha also asks him if they come back then will they get their son back or does he want to see Akshara remain in pain and live from weekend to weekend?Abhimanyu gets angry and tells them that he will not leave until he talks to Aksharaa. He says they know how stubborn he is. Meanwhile, Akshara has changed Kabeer’s clothes. She is feeding him but he refuses to eat and Akshara goes to get Jam and bread for him. Kabeer tries to escape but Akshara spots him leaving and stops him.
Just then Abhinav comes with Kabeer’s parents and police. He tells them that there is no one but is shocked to see Kabeer with Akshara. Akshara realizes that it is not Abheer when he runs to his mother. While the inspector tells him that why his wife has another person’s child with her. Abhinav apologizes to Kabeer’s parents and tells them about the trauma that Akshara is facing after losing the custody of Abheer.
Later, Akshara is about to faint when Abhinav catches her in time and is shocked to feel her burning with fever. Elsewhere, Swarna comes to Manish telling him that Abhimanyu has gone and they should check up on Akshara. Meanwhile, Abhinav gets a call from Manish and tries to lie about Akshara’s condition but Manish senses the lies and asks him to tell the truth.

With tears in his eyes, Abhinav tells them that Akshara is not well and has fainted with a high fever. Abhimanyu is shocked to hear about Akshara’s condition while Kairav takes the phone and tells him that they are coming to him and they will take care of Akshara together. Later, Manish tells him that he has separated a son from his mother who nourishes him for nine months within her womb.
And then stays by his side until he learns to walk but still cannot be away from him for a long time. He asks him how he expects this mother to be happy when she has lost her son. At home, Abhimanyu observes Abheer being sad and comes to the home temple. Abhimanyu sits in front of God and questions Him for making Akshara suffer despite her being her earnest devotee.
He asks Him why did he give him Abheer’s custody when he has to make them all suffer this way. Just then Aarohi comes there and tells him that life is full of up and downs and he only has to choose between two options. Aarohi tells him that just like him giving away Abheer was not easy for Akshara but she did it anyway for the happiness of Abheer and he will have to do the same for Abheer.
