Today’s episode starts with Akshara and Abhimanyu looking around in search of Abheer. Meanwhile, Abheer finds a football on the ground. And takes out the black marker pen from his bag and writes HELP on it as a form of physical message. As he kicked the ball, the ball rolls over Abhimanyu’s car and Akshara manages to see the message written on it.
She tells Abhimanyu to stop the car as this is the ball from Abheer as she has taught him to leave tracking messages whenever he is in a problem. Abhimanyu immediately stops the car and gets down from the car looking for Abheer. Meanwhile, Abheer takes refuge in the nearby temple from rain and prays to God to send the message to his parents.
Akshara and Abhimanyu soon arrive at the same temple and Akshara hugs Abheer tightly with happiness. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu feels relieved to find Abheer and see mother and son unite. Afterwards, Akshara scolds Abheer for leaving the house like this instead of telling her that he wanted to come to Kasauli. Meanwhile, Abheer innocently asks her if she would have come for him when he is a bad boy whom they do not love.

Akshara hugs Abheer with sadness and tells him that she loves him so much that all the love of the world cannot compare to her love for him. She also tells him that she and Abhinav had lied to him to send him to Abhimanyu or else they cannot live without him. Just then Abheer turns to Abhimanyu while he becomes worried to see him limping and is relieved to check that Abheer does not have a fracture.
Abheer apologises to him for not telling him before leaving while Abhimanyu tells him to tell him next time he does that. Abhimanyu also apologised for waiting till morning instead of taking him immediately to Akshara. Later, Abhinav is driving while looking everywhere in search of Abheer and worrying about him. Meanwhile, a drowsy truck driver follows Abhinav’s car when Akshara calls him.

Hearing Abheer’s voice instead of Akshara fills Abhinav with joy and he promises to be there as soon as possible. Just then Abhinav notices the truck about to crash into him and widens his eyes with shock and swerves to avoid the crash. Meanwhile, Birlas and Goenkas await Abheer with anticipation and smile with happiness to see him arrive home safely.
Manish, Muskaan, Suhasini, and Aarohi all hug Abheer one by one and chide him for leaving alone. Meanwhile, Manjari’s feeling of guilt intensifies to see Abheer and she goes away crying as she does not feel the courage to face him. After a while, Abheer asks about Manjari and if she is angry with her while Akshara brings Abheer to her.
Manjari apologises to Abheer but he tells her that he will not forgive her unless she cooks tasty food for him as he has not eaten for two days. Manjari hugs him with gratitude and tells Abheer that she will cook a storm for him. After a while, Akshara thanks God for sending Abheer home safely. Later, Abheer tells Akshara that now she will have to drink and eat as he has come back as she asked God.

Just then Abhimanyu brings food and water for Abhir and Akshara. After a while, Akshara’s nuptial chain comes loose which scares Akshara and she calls Abhinav for not coming home yet. Just then Abhinav’s voice calling Abheer is heard from downstairs and Abhimanyu carries Abheer downstairs followed by Akshara. Abhinav tells Abheer to promise to never scare him like that again while Abheer jokes with him saying he will try.
After a while, Ruhi tells everyone that Abheer is home so they all should party. Later, Akshara asks Abhinav why is his shirt torn and what took him so long as she was scared. However, Abhinav tells her that nothing can happen to him. Ans then he explains to her that he was helping someone at the accident site as the truck had an accident.
