Episode starts with a dramatic situation in Mittal house. Recalling the stubborness of Ayaan, Faltu feels upset for Ayaan. Faltu asks the nurse whether Ayaan is able to have the food now. She wants to feed her with her own hand. Here, Neel is brought inside by Tanisha. Janardhan asks the reason Neel for his arrival. Neel says he has come to bring Faltu.
Faltu emphasizes that she will return home after finishing her work. Though, Faltu requests to Neel to return home, but Neel says he is waiting outside. Tanisha and Savita tag the relationship of Faltu and Neel as an extra marital affair. Recalling the old days of Faltu, Ayaan murmurs with the name of Faltu and wakes up. But he seems very weak but he wants to see Faltu.

Sumitra and Tanisha try to resist Faltu from coming closer Ayaan. Sumitra doubts for the behaviour of Tanisha as she gives Ayaan more importance over Sid. Nurse calls Faltu to attend but Savita runs to Ayaan’s room to see her son first. Coming in the room of Ayaan, Tanisha tries to brainwash against Faltu, but Ayaan knows that Faltu has come here for him.
Again Tanisha tries to pour poison in the ear of Faltu, but Ayaan is reluctant to meet Faltu. As soon as Faltu comes in the front of Ayaan, she saves him from falling. But Sumitra protests the loving behaviour of Ayaan towards Faltu, but Ayaan louds his voice. In front of others, he hugs tightly and apologies to her. Here outside, Neel is still waiting for Faltu and thinks whether Faltu is being insulted or not.
Dadaji calls Neel to know the update. Brijmohon describes the classic toxic behaviour of Mittal family. Brijmohon asks Neel to come home, Neel is reluctant to leave Faltu in this toxic situation. He emphatically says he will return home only with Faltu. After leaving the phone call, Brijmohon fears whether Neel would build up a new relationship with Faltu, if it happens, Neel would break down again.

Here, Ayaan seems very excited as Faltu has returned in the home. He starts to do future plan for themselves, but Faltu remains silent. Ayaan questions him why doesn’t she have any excitement. Faltu clears out she would return home after nursing him. But Ayaan clears out he wouldn’t let her go. Though Tanisha and Savita tries to mess up their proximity but Ayaan asks them to leave the room asap, as he has emergency discussion with Faltu.
Nurse asks Faltu to give him the sponge bath. After leaving of all, Ayaan doesn’t want to give up this chance from coming closer with Faltu. He puts off his clothes, and asks Faltu to sponge him. They are coming closer. Ayaan stares at her with the utmost love. He also apologies to her and forbids her to leave. Tanisha can’t bear their proximity.
